2.1 Account Holder

The account owner is the person for whom the account was ordered and whose user he is. The account owner can change the account password. The C feature of the Edico service gives the account owner the opportunity to also authorize parallel trusted persons as account users. The account owner gives them login credentials to the account. Only the account owner can renew the account password in place of a forgotten or changed password.

2.2 Concurrent Account User

The user of the account manages the account and can create session folders belonging to it. The user of the account defines who he invites to each session folder he opens. He also defines whether to use a password in the session folder or not. In addition, he can also change the password of the folder or delete the entire session folder and thus restrict its use.

2.3 Invited Participant

The invited participant is the person whose account user has invited as a participant in the session folder and informed him of the password that belongs to it. The invited participant only needs a browser. The invited participant doesn't need to register anywhere.
